About Us
Rivernet Ltd is a South Otago Information technology company owned by David and Julia Hunter and Glenn and
Jane Hutton. We have many years of practical experience in the IT, Telco and electrical fields.
Wireless broadband
We own and operate a Wireless broadband network in the South Otago area and sell residential and business
broadband under the Rivernet Wireless name.
Satellite broadband
Rivernet Ltd is a reseller of Tuaropaki Communications’ Satellite broadband product and we sell this across
NZ as Rivernet Satellite
. Installation is done by contractors working directly to us
across the country.
IT Services
We offer a complete range of IT sales and services, from home and home office computers to company servers and
networks. Rivernet Ltd has expertise in the design, installation and maintenance of both wired and wireless data
networks. Website design is referred to one of our subcontractors (Hunter Web Solutions),
the designer of this site.
Electrical Services
One of our directors is a practising Registered electrician with over 25 years experience in the residential,
commercial and industrial fields.
